Abstract
Summary: Active immunization of female guinea pigs with guinea pig spermatozoa led to antibody response in 60 to 77 per cent of the animals. Bull spermatozoa elicited antibodies in 100 per cent, but only a few sera gave weak cross-reactions with guinea pig spermatozoa. In spite of the antibody content of the sera, there was neither a decrease in fertility nor a delay in conception in these animals. Guinea pig testicle suspension likewise did not induce sterility. Keywords
