Abstract
A new series of multifunctional sensitive ferroelectric ceramics, BaTiO3-BaSnO3 have been studied. They can rapidly detect temperature, humidity and gas presence by means of a single sensor. This is the first time that such multifunctional sensors have been reported. The crystalline phase, porous structure, pore system, semiconduction and temperature-humidity-gas sensing characteristics of BTS porous ferroelectric ceramics were investigated. Keywords
