Abstract
An unusual case of bilateral popliteal arteriovenous fistulas is reported. The patient reported right leg discomfort and swelling 1 month after multiple gunshot wounds to both legs; the left leg was asymptomatic. Arteriography demonstrated AV fistulas in both popliteal arteries. The importance of a high index of suspicion in making the diagnosis is emphasized. Keywords
