Abstract
The lymphographic accuracy in the diagnosis of metastasis was analysed in 300 patients with carcinoma of the uterine cervix stages Ib and II. Pelvic lymphadenectomy was performed in all patients. Lymphographic and microscopic correlation was assured by means of radiography of the lymphadenectomy specimen. The criteria of metastatic infiltration were critically evaluated. Keywords
