Abstract
A simple piece of inexpensive apparatus is described with which experiments may be done between 2° and 300°K directly in a liquid-helium storage Dewar. The apparatus is suitable for use by undergraduates, and an experiment to determine the temperature dependence of resistance and the superconducting transition temperature of tin is described. Keywords
