Abstract
This article strives to make a case for the inclusion of ethnic and cultural diversity in professional psychology training, with specific reference to the impact of this training on treatment outcome. The empirical literature examining both the direct and indirect linkages between ethnic and cross-cultural training and outcome are reviewed. Limitations of this research are identified, and recommendations for further research are provided. Keywords
