Abstract
Infarction in the territory of the posterior spinal arteries is uncommon, giving rise to a softening of variable extend in the peripheral arterial system. In the reported case, the lesion was restricted to a posterior column and produced a syndrome of crural ataxic hemiparesis.Keywords
