Abstract
Anaphylaxis to nicotinic acid has not been previously described, although cases of sensitivity have been recorded. Two cases of anaphylaxis to this drug are reported in this paper. Epinephririe in the usual dosage is effective in the treatment. The patient should be questioned carefully for sensitivity to nicotinic acid before each injn. of this substance. Keywords
