Abstract
D=3, 4, N=1 supergauge theories and D=3, N=1 supergravity are considered in the superfield formalism by using differential and integral forms. A special map of the space of differential forms into the space of integral forms is proposed. By means of this map the authors find the superfield Chern-Simons terms in D=3, N=1 Yang-Mills theory and supergravity. The integral forms corresponding to superfield invariants of D=4, N=1 supergauge theory have also been constructed. Keywords
