Abstract
The stability of cytoplasmic poly(A)-containing mRNA in unstimulated pig lymphocytes was determined by [3H]poly(U) hydridization after actinomycin D treatment. The majority of the mRNA is much more unstable than was suggested by earlier pulse-chase experiments and has a half-life of 1-2 h.This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
