Abstract
The rationale for efficient light absorption by algae at a production unit is given and design details of an intensive thin‐layer technology outdoor (2.11 m2) unit are presented. Data on productivity under extreme conditions were collected. Maximum productivity data are close to those reported in the literature for similar geographic areas. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
