Abstract
A child presenting with chorea developed the full clinical and laboratory findings of systemic lupus erythematosus after hospitalisation. He responded dramatically to haloperidol. 6 months after diagnosis he began to manifest renal involvement.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
