Abstract
Previous research has shown a positive relationship, across frequencies, between frequency discrimination limens and critical-ratio size; these were based upon data obtained from groups of subjects (S's). The question was therefore raised as to whether or not the critical ratio was related to the frequency-discrimination ability of individual S's. The present study shows a complete lack of relationship between critical ratios and frequency discrimination limens of individual S's at a frequency of 1000 Hz.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
