Abstract
We report experimental current density results for tungsten and yttrium cold cathode discharge gap ( j, ac, and dc) as a function of pressure (PRG) for He, Ne, Ar, and (99.9%Ne+0.1% Ar) at 100–220 V. We calculated the discharge gap parameters both for ac and dc cases and compared them to experimental results. Conclusions drawn from this comparison are discussed. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
