Abstract
On the basis of the original descr., Ceracea has been accepted as a genus of the Dacrymycetaceae. Examination of the type material shows it to be am imperfect fungus. Certain spp. heretofore referred to Ceracea appear sufficiently distinct from Arrhvtidia to justify their generic segregation. For such spp., Cerinomyces is proposed, to include C. pallidus, type, Iowa; C. crustulinus (Ceracea crustulina Bourd. Galz.); and C. cana-densis (Ceracea can. Jacks. and Martin). This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
