Abstract
A case of extraskeletal osteosarcoma occurring in its most common location, the thigh, is reported. Particular emphasis is given to demonstrating the spectrum of radiological findings, including CT, MRI, and scintigraphy and to illustrate that this entity can metastasize to bone.Keywords
