Abstract
Some simple techniques are described by which the efficacy of anti-seasickness drugs as depressors of vestibular function can be investigated by judging the effect on the recording of the eye movements by electronystag-mography. A simple rotatory test informs us about the cupula organ. The parallel swing indicates the function of the otolith organ as is shown in a series of patients with total and partial loss of labyrinthine function. Keywords
