Abstract
Several factors maintain the position of grafts [human] in myringoplasty or tympanoplasty procedures. In both the underlay and the onlay techniques, graft stability can be produced by several factors, which were recorded. Surface tension, as a factor in the maintenance of graft position in both techniques, and the response of the graft to changes in middle-ear pressure (MEP), are investigated. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
