Abstract
6-Nitrobenzotriazol-1-yloxytris(dimethylamino) phosphonium hexafluorophosphate (NBOP, 2) has been demonstrated as an efficient coupling reagent in oligonucleotide synthesis. The reagent is stable and gives high coupling yields without any side products. Keywords
