Prenatal Infection of Dogs with Ascarids, Toxocara canis and Hookworms, Ancylostoma caninum

Abstract
In discussing 2 instances of prenatal infection with T. canis and A. caninum of, 10 puppies born to 2 bitches, which were kept under condition to prevent infection during the gestation period, the author points out the role played by the larvae in the parenteral tissues of the dam contracted during the pregestation period. The bitches were dewormed repeatedly before mating.
