Practicum, Internship, and Postdoctoral Training in Pediatric Psychology: A Survey

Abstract
Information is presented which was obtained from a questionnaire survey of programs which provide practicum, internship, and postdoctoral training in pediatric psychology. Of the 153 questionnaires returned from training programs, 63 indicated that training was offered in pediatric psychology. These included 20 offering practicum training, 53 offering predoctoral internship training, 9 offering postdoctoral internship training, and 15 offering postdoctoral fellowships. Twenty-five programs offered such training at more than one level. A list is provided of the programs and the type of training offered.
