Abstract
Pre-eclampsia is associated with a hyperdynamic circulation (increased cardiac output, systemic vascular resistance) and increased mean arterial blood pressure, and a diminished plasma volume. Expansion of plasma volume without simultaneous measures on circulation or proper monitoring may be detrimental, leading to pulmonary and brain edema.Keywords
