Abstract
The rate of penetration of DDT into American roaches. Periplaneta americana. increased with increasing volume or concentration of applied solution. The penetration of DDT into roaches killed by freezing with dry ice was 0.06 ug per hour compared to 0.22 microgram in insects killed by the injection of para-oxon. No DDE was detected in the experiments. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
