Abstract
By combined use of mitomycin-C with yeast cell wall, Ehrlich ascites tumor suppression was observed in 70% of mice. These effects were enhanced by additional administration of OK-432 [Picibanil] or yeast cell wall. Peritoneal exudate cells obtained from mice treated with OK-432 or yeast cell wall were cytotoxic against tumor cells. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
