Abstract
A case of leg paresis secondary to benign infiltrating lipoma is reported. The tumor arose in subcutaneous tissue and infiltrated the extradural space through spinal foramina and the posterior spinal ligament. Wide surgical resection led to complete resolution of neurological symptoms. Keywords
