An Analysis of the Relative Job Progression of the Perceptibly Physically Handicapped.

Abstract
This research supports the conclusion that the effects of handicap-based social-psychological factors can be moderated by a supportive vocational environment to the extent that most perceptibly physically handicapped will perform over a career as well as the nonhandicapped. Eight different measures of performance were analyzed.
