Thermodynamic properties of diluteCuCr alloys

Abstract
Exact theoretical results for the n-channel Kondo model are used to interpret experimental data for the specific heat, susceptibility, and resistivity of dilute CuCr alloys. Reasonable agreement is obtained for S=n/2=5/2, TK=1.5 K, and g factor 2, except for the susceptibility at low temperature, where interactions between impurities appear to be relevant.
