Hepatic Cholestasis Mediated by Subdiaphragmatic Anthracosilicosis

Abstract
Pulmonary anthracosilicosis is a common clinical pathology of professional etiology. Subdiaphragmatic anthracosilicotic involvement is rare and gives exceptionally clinical manifestations. We describe an autopsic case of cholestatic jaundice due to common bile duct compression by anthracosilicotic lymph nodes.
