Abstract
Anodic polarization of n-type indium oxide has been studied both in the presence and absence of redox systems. Comparison of potential/current curves for the systems showed that the current multiplication factor, α, was in the range 1·88–2·73. These results taken together with the other electrochemical properties of the oxide are consistent with it being a semiconductor. Keywords
