Abstract
Journal of Gerontological Nursing | Falls are a major concern among older adults in Canada. Forty percent of the injuries occurring from accidents in the elderly in 1987 to 1988, and close to one third of the injury-related hospitalizations for this group were caused by falls (Consumer and Corporate Affairs, Canada, 1993). Physiological changes in aging have made this group a target for studying the incidence of falls. AnotherThis publication has 23 references indexed in Scilit:
