Abstract
One- and three-quasiparticle states have been investigated in and using (), (), and thermal () reactions on isotope-separated tarets of . The () and () studies utilized 12-MeV deuterons and a broad-range magnetic spectrograph; the () studies used Ge(Li) and Si(Li) spectrometers. The ground-state one-quasiparticle band through the member and four tentative three-quasiparticle bands are observed in . Members of the following one-quasiparticle bands are observed in ground state, , , and [411]; in addition the following three-quasiparticle bands are observed in , , , vibration built on the ground state, tentatively
