Abstract
Morphologic changes in hyperplasia and carcinoma in situ of the endometrium undergo regression following the administration of synthetic progestational agents. Forty patients with hyperplasia and 10 patients with carcinoma in situ were treated for periods of time from 3 to 30 months and the results indicated disappearance of the endometrial lesion in each patient. Keywords
