Abstract
Expts. on pigeons indicated that a factor, vit. B3, in addition to B1, is necessary for wt. restoration. The B3 activity of concentrates from acid hydrolysis of wheat germ is lost on standing or on treatment with air or H2O2, while the vit. B1 content is unimpaired. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
