Abstract
How do you get consumers to return to your site? For some health-site surfers, the offer of a portal where they can customize pages and store their own data may have so much appeal that they'll make it their home on the Web. But to really win their loyalty, a consumer portal has to offer a lot of features that will help them manage their health activities.
