Abstract
Corrections to the Landau-Vavilov straggling functions are given for relativistic charged incident particles. The calculation of the correction term is based on 1) the differential cross section for relativistic particles given by Bethe, and 2) a heavy hydrogen model for heavy atoms.Keywords
