Abstract
Presently known data on the spectrum distribution of turbulence energy in the free atmosphere near jet-stream level are combined from various Russian, Australian and American sources. A comparison is made between these data. Special attention is given to the phenomenon of clear-air turbulence (CAT). DOI: 10.1111/j.2153-3490.1967.tb01474.xKeywords
