Abstract
SmI2-mediated allylation or benzylation of alkylarylketenes followed by enantioselective protonation with α,α′-di[(S)-2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl]-o-xylenedioxide gave the corresponding ketones in 61–91%ee.Keywords
