Abstract
A consumer satisfaction questionnaire was mailed to 377 former patients and to parents of former patients of a child and adolescent psychiatric service. The 124 respondents indicated moderate to good levels of satisfaction with the service. A majority of both adolescents and parents had found individual therapy the most helpful treatment. Keywords
