BATSE observations of Cen X-3

Abstract

We present results from 520 days of continuous hard x‐ray observation of the x‐ray binary pulsar Cen X‐3. These observations were made with the Burst And Transient Source Experiment (BASTE) on the Compton Gamma Ray Observatory. Results of this analysis include a new determination of the binary orbital parameters, and histories of the pulse frequency and pulsed flux during the observation.
