Abstract
This is the 1st description of clinicopathologic changes in Crohn''s disease of the anal canal. Clinical features, biopsy appearance and subsequent history were noted in 19 patients. Of these, 6 developed intestinal Crohn''s disease. Histologic finding of a sarcoid reaction is suggestive, but tuberculosis must be excluded by appropriate tests. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
