Abstract
Two charge-transfer complexes of α,α,α′,α′-tetracyanodiphenoquinodimethane (TCNDQ), i.e., N-methylphenazinium (NMP)–TCNDQ, and N-methylquinolinium (NMQ)–TCNDQ, were synthesized. The electrical resistivities with pressed pellet samples were 7.1×108 Ω cm for NMP+TCNDQ− and 6.9×107 Ω cm for NMQ+TCNDQ−; they are thus much less conductive than the corresponding TCNQ, complexes. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
