Abstract
The performance of mustard (Brassica juncea (L.) Coss) was compared with that of canola (B. napus L. and B. rapa L.) on the western prairies. Mustard had a higher yield and protein content and was intermediate in maturity. Improvement in oil content will probably be required. Key words: Mustard, Brassica juncea, edible oil cropKeywords
