Abstract
A 55-yr-old male with hypophosphatemic vitamin D-resistant rickets presented with long-standing back pain and paresthesia in both legs considered to be due to osteoid encroachment on an already narrow spinal canal. Marked symptomatic improvement followed extensive lumbar laminectomy. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
