Abstract
A double-antibody liquid-phase radioimmunoassay was used to measure picogram quantities of rat IgE. The sensitivity of this method (approximately 10 pg/ml) allowed the determination of the production of IgE in in vitro culture supernatants of B lymphocytes of infected animals. Keywords
