Abstract
A theoretical description of angular correlation in N.M.R. of diamagnetically aligned molecules is presented. High field deuterium N.M.R. is employed to study solutions of benzene, naphthalene and anthracene in binary mixtures of cyclohexane and hexafluorobenzene. Strong orientational cross correlation between the aromatic hydrocarbons and hexafluorobenzene is detected. Keywords
