Abstract
In this paper is presented a scheme on single chip microcomputer to control the current source inverter, three chips of the microcomputer are used to perform three main parts of the task: the dual-proportional plus integral controller for the voltage and current loops, the firing circuit for three-phase six-thyirstor converter with compensation of nonlinear relationship between input and output, and the function generator and ring counter for inverter. With the help of this full digital control scheme, the current source inverter is of lower cost and higher reliability, and consist';s of minimum components. Keywords
