Abstract

Amphidium lapponicum, Bryum klinggraeffii, Grimmia apocarpa var. stricta, Isopterygium elegans, Pterogonidium pulchellum, Tortella tortuosa, Trachypodopsis serrulata var. crispatula and Vesicularia inflectens are new to the Hawaiian Islands [USA]. New island records reported are 22. Four recent noteworthy collections, including confirmation of Brachymenium indicum in Hawaii, are discussed.
