Abstract
As laparoscopic techniques develop, endoscopic lymph node dissection is becoming preferred as the minimally invasive technique for lymph node staging of pelvic malignancies. We developed an extraperitoneal laparoscopic approach to staging pelvic lymphadenectomy, and describe our technique, results and experience in our initial 9 patients.Keywords
