Abstract
Severe diabetes with insulitis was produced in young diabetes-prone BB/W rats by passive transfer of concanavalin A-treated spleen cells from BB/W animals with acute diabetes. Spleen cells alone or in combination with lymph node cells were active in transferring disease.Keywords
