Abstract
The monthly frequency of medullary aplasia according to its first symptom has been studied in 405 patients. The observed frequency is increased at the beginning and in the middle of the year, and the distribution is almost the same according to an etiological or a clinical classification of medullary aplasia. But these variations of frequency are not statistically significant. Keywords
